海外購物說明 Oversea Shopping Guide

Q1.可配送地區 Deliverable area

- 配送地區為:中國、香港、新加坡、馬來西亞、菲律賓、越南、泰國、韓國、日本、加拿大、美國、英國 、澳大利亞等國家。

Delivery areas are: China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Korea, Japan, Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia and other countries. (During the epidemic period, overseas service areas may increase or decrease depending on the conditions of each country.)

- 中國、香港地區資料請填中文,其他地區請填英文。填寫訂單時請選擇正確區域、地址、收件人資料,若因資料錯誤造成誤寄,來回運費將由買家自行負擔。

Please fill in Chinese for China, Hong Kong, and English for other regions. Please select the correct region, address, and recipient information when filling out the order form. If incorrect information causes misdelivery, the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

 

Q2.出貨與配送時間 Shipping and Delivery time 

- 海外出貨時間約7-14天,實際送達時間,依快遞公司配送狀況為主。貨運與配送情形可能會因應節慶期間或不可抗力的狀況,方式而有所不同。

The delivery time for overseas orders is about 7-14 days, and the actual delivery time depends on the delivery status of the courier company. Shipping and delivery conditions may vary depending on holiday periods or force majeure conditions (e.g., COVID-19 epidemic and national import policies).

 

Q3.付款方式

- 海外訂單付款方式為信用卡線上刷卡一次付清(目前接受卡別VISA、 MasterCard、JCB)

Payment for overseas orders is made by credit card online in a single payment (VISA, MasterCard, JCB are currently accepted).

- 商品以新台幣計價,使用海外信用卡結帳時,交易手續費、匯率與退款手續費依發卡銀行規定。如有疑問,請聯繫信用卡銀行。

Items are priced in Taiwan dollars. When using an overseas credit card for checkout, transaction handling fees, exchange rates and refund handling fees are subject to the rules of the issuing bank. If you have any questions, please contact your credit card bank.

- 領取包裹時收取商品之關稅,由會員自行負擔。若訂購人不願支付以致包裹需退回,退款金額將扣來回運費及兩地關稅後,再退回原訂單餘額。(來回運費=訂單運費x2,關稅為抽驗,各地區有所不同,建議請上各地區稅務單位查證)

The member is responsible for the customs duties and taxes charged on the goods. If the orderer is unwilling to pay and the package has to be returned, the refund amount will be refunded to the original order balance after deducting the return shipping cost and customs duty of both places. (Return shipping cost = order shipping cost x2, customs duty is a random test, which differs from region to region, so please check with the tax authorities in your region)

- 部分商品可能會有無法配送或清關等問題,建議先確認商品是否可送達指定國家後再購買。

Some products may have problems such as non-delivery or customs clearance. It is recommended to check whether the product can be delivered to the specified country before purchasing.

 

Q4.海外運費計算 Overseas Freight Calculation 

因應本次聯名活動,台灣地區增設與海外相同之單筆購買金額限制。(購買單筆最高金額:11,000元)

 

Q5.所有商品都可以寄送至海外嗎?
Can all products be shipped overseas?

- 針對地區限制進口品項,訂購前應注意是否需取得特別認證或授權,遵守收貨之地區的進口規範、稅率與限制,如:因各國海關規定不同,請確認本網站之商品是否可寄達指定國家後再購買。

For example, as customs regulations vary from country to country, please check whether the products on this website can be shipped to the designated country before purchasing.

 

Q6.下單完成後,是否還能變更寄送位址?
Can I change the shipping address after I place an order?

因海外訂單配送歷程繁複,訂單完成後,即無法取消訂單、修改寄送位址、收件人等資料。若於出貨前發現位址有誤,需聯繫客服窗口 LINE  /  Facebook 取消原始訂單,再重新下單完成訂購,不便之處敬請見諒。

Due to the complicated delivery process of overseas orders, it is impossible to change the shipping address and recipient information after the order is completed. If you find the wrong address before delivery, you have to cancel the original order and place a new one to complete the order.

- 客服窗口服務時間為台灣時間(GMT+8) 星期一至星期五 10:30~17:00

 

The customer service window service hours are Taiwan time (GMT+8) Monday to Friday 10:30~17:00.

 

- 若於出貨後發現位址有誤,需取消配送,將扣除實際產生之來回運費&商品關稅&保管費用,再退回原訂單餘額。

If you find out the address is wrong after delivery, you will have to cancel the delivery, and the actual return shipping & duty & storage fees will be deducted, and then the balance of the original order will be refunded.

 

Q7.如何確認訂單及追蹤我的包裹?

- 您可登入會員後至「訂單查詢」功能中,查詢訂單交易狀態,亦可聯繫客服窗口 LINE  /  Facebook 詢問配送狀態。

You can check the status of your order by logging in and going to the "Order Enquiry" function. You can also contact our customer service window or join jeogseoul official LINE@ to check the delivery status.

 

Q8.海外退貨說明 Overseas return instruction 

- 因國際寄送過程繁瑣,我們不提供換貨服務。商品可接受退貨,但購買人需負擔實際產生之來回運費&商品關稅&保管費用。選購商品時,務必謹慎確認訂單,再進行結帳。若完成訂單,便表示會員同意本規定。

Due to the complicated international shipping process, we do not provide exchange services. Products can be returned, but the purchaser is responsible for the actual return shipping costs & duties & storage fees. Please be careful to confirm your order before proceeding to checkout. By completing an order, the member agrees to this policy.

- 若您因資料填寫不詳,以致包裹無法投遞成功,且3日內無法與您取得聯繫,包裹將以退回方式處理。該筆退回之訂單將取消出貨,並將扣除實際產生之來回運費&商品關稅&保管費用,再退回原訂單餘額。

If you are unable to received the package successfully due to incomplete information, and you cannot be contacted within 3 days, the package will be returned for processing. The returned order will be cancelled and the actual return shipping & duty & storage charges will be deducted and the balance of the original order will be returned.

- 您收到退款的時間為:Jeogseoul 收到退回包裹起算,7個工作天內(不含例假日)為您完成退款退刷,請您留意下期帳單。

You will receive your refund within 7 working days (excluding holidays) from the time jeogseoul receives your returned package.

2.寄送方式說明


商品配送工作時間

  • 本商店皆透過黑貓(台灣)宅配/EMS(香港)寄出商品,每次出貨時,將寄發出貨通知信,還請多加留意。
  • 商品配送時間一律為3-7個工作天送達商品。

商品配送運費

  • 台灣地區: 每筆訂單一律為80TWD。

4.售後服務說明


退換貨相關

  • 若您收到商品後,發現有破損或是不符合您的期待時,請保持商品未拆封的狀態,並於7天之內與我們聯繫。
    請注意: 到貨8天以上即無法接受退換貨服務。

退費須知

*貨到付款: 僅以匯款方式至客戶指定銀行、郵局帳戶進行退款。匯款時間固定為當月月底(30日或31日),敬請諒解。

*線上刷卡: 僅以信用卡原刷卡銀行刷退方式進行退款。

(因各家銀行作業時間不一,若您的信用卡結帳日介於此期間,以致當月帳單未即時標列,此筆退款金額將顯示於下月帳單中。
